Smile Break Ideas for your Classroom

Smile Break Ideas for your Classroom

Smile Break Ideas for your Classroom

As adults, we often surround ourselves with eject button strategies that allow us to take time out. We can do the same for our children. One eject button could be a smile break via images on a Power Point presentation. The idea was found on MargD's site in VIC, Australia!

Pinterest is a great way to collect those images that make you smile and that can potentially be added to your smile break Power Point.

The smile break presentation could be used during transitions, as a lesson or brain break, to start off or end the school day, when it's too hot to work, for students who need time out (view on computer). I have also had a few teachers mention that they use many of these images as open-ended writing prompts.

I absolutely love collecting and viewing all the smile break images that I have pinned on to my Smile Break Ideas Pinterest Board.

Here are some images I have collected. I hope they make you smile! Click on the images to our Pinterest board and then the source links.

By the way, you might like to pin these images onto your own Smile Break Pinterest board.
